Comment:
Pyemetes triciti (grain itch mite or hay itch mite) - gravid female. Note stylet-like chelicerae, usually parasitic on larvae of insects in stored grain but they will attack man producing a severe itching rash which starts as a lot of tiny wheels with a central haemorrhagic area and leads to a secondary bacterial infection. In sub order Prostigmata which have stigmata and weakly sclerotized cuticle.
